We make every components designed reasonably, processed & assembled precisely, performed reliably, that’s the way how we fulfill the quality control and make a good machine. SRB80D can be equipped with 1/2/3/4/6 cavity heads, used to make 12L/5L/2L/1L/500ML separately. We have the standard head central distance, but it is also can be modified tiny according to your product’s width. The extrusion speed of whole head or separate extrusion speed for every cavity can be adjusted. Besides the manual adjustment for die & core distance, we also equip it with 50 points, 100 points or 300 points parison controller, to adjust the axial parison thickness. This is helpful to reduce your material cost but increase the product’s quality and cooling effect. The extrusion system is composed of screw & barrel, heaters, hopper, extrusion motor, hard gear box and belt wheel. Our screws are designed specially with hardened material and fine processing, that’s why our plasticizing capacity is partly higher than the common extruders. We break through the limit due to extrusion capacity, this give our machines possibility to enhance output and productivity. Meanwhile, for co-extrusion machines of 1/2/3/4 layers, the extrusion units are equipped according to the layer number, it’s convenient for our customers to arrange production. Our clamping unit adopts nether bent arm clamping structure. This design insures clamping force bearing in balance, at the center of each platen. It is helpful for product molding effect and mould bearing, avoiding the metal deformation from moulds or platens. Meanwhile, we also adopt linear guide rails for double direction of platen open/close & moving left/right. At the same time of increasing action precision, the action speed also can be reduced to enhance productivity. The electrical control system includes HITECH colorful touch screen, MISTUBISHI PLC, SCHNEIDER/LG/RIKO/MEANWELL low voltage electrical components, DELTA inverters and parison controlling system. We fix the earth wire connecting, open front door stop, emergency stop button and power line insulation barrier to insure the operator’s personal safety. We adopt YUKEN pump & valves as our standard configuration of hydraulic system, driven by SIEMENS BEIDE motor. For the tube design, we totally adopt hard tube for immobile oil-way, and adopt metal spring protecting soft tube for moving oil way. This design is easy for maintenance but more safe. We also have double proportion of flow & pressure, energy saving hydraulic design and high speed mechanical throttle valve for you to choose. OUR FACTORY MOULD DESIGN Your samples will be put in 3D measuring machine for making plane drawing & 3D drawing. After your confirmation to product design, the mould structure will be sent to you for negotiation. We use the good metal, hardened material, good design for cold runners to make your moulds. Meanwhile, the installation size matching with clamping unit is also taken into our consideration. HOW TO LOAD & DELIVERBlow molding machines are packed with wooden pallets, covered with plastic film; auxiliary machines and spare parts are packed with wooden boxes. The loading to containers is done according to weight balance, every package's position is fixed in containers to avoid moving. The photos of whole delivery will be sent to you for reference.
